Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
2. Familiar with current gaming market trends, player behavior, and market dynamics.
3. Strong data analysis, project management, and multitasking abilities.
4. Experience in executing and leading teams to complete large-scale operational projects successfully.
5. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments.
Job Responsibilities:
1. **Strategy Planning**: Develop and execute long-term and short-term operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
2. **Team Management**: Assist in managing the team, ensuring KPI goals are met, and providing continuous guidance and support.
3. **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze player behavior, operational data, and market trends to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
4. **Department Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to execute activities, promotional strategies, and work with finance/technical departments to resolve issues.
5. **Budget Management**: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring center strategies, activities, and other related operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
