The company provides hotel-style apartments, with room allocations based on job level. The apartments are equipped with a gym and swimming pool and are located in a commercial center near the SM Supermarket for convenient shopping and daily needs. Employees can choose to stay in company housing or opt for external accommodation with subsidies of up to 15,000 PHP!

Once you pass the interview, a medical check-up will be arranged, after which flight tickets can be booked. The company will reimburse the medical check-up fee and handle the 9G work visa along with the Tax Identification Number (TIN) card for tax purposes. The 9G work visa is valid for two years.

After six months of employment, employees are entitled to 15 days of paid home leave, with the company covering round-trip airfare. If you choose to forgo the leave and continue working, the company provides an additional subsidy of 7,000–10,000 RMB. Employees who complete two years can apply for a loyalty bonus of 20,000 RMB, and those who stay for five years will receive a 50,000 RMB reward. Salary can be received in cash, USD, RMB (bank transfer), USDT, and other methods!
