Salary: 8K-12K (transferred to 10K-14K + KPI)
Age: 21-35 years old
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. At least 6 months of experience in text-based customer service, quality inspection, operations, or training
2. Experience in copywriting is a plus
3. Familiar with office software
4. Strong logical thinking and high pressure resistance
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct random checks on the service records of text/phone/social media customer service staff
2. Analyze the issues found during quality checks, create reports, and provide timely feedback
3. Assist in standardizing the service quality of customer service staff, contributing to the overall business quality and service standards of the company
4. Possess strong execution skills, follow standard procedures, and be patient and detail-oriented. Able to quickly identify potential issues and resolve them efficiently.
