Working hours: 9 hours, 4 days off per month

2. Looking for a long-term commitment, with a calm and steady attitude, and sensitivity to data.
3. Regular external communication, requiring strong verbal and logical skills, with the ability to independently resolve issues.
4. Any issues occurring during employment must be reported promptly to the department, with no prior actions taken without approval.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with various departments, handle and calculate new compensation data.
2. Organize and analyze new compensation data, and develop related operational processes and systems.
