Salary: 13k-15k + KPI

Working hours: 9 hours, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. Sensitive to trends, creative with an active and innovative mindset.
2. Proficient in activity planning and execution processes, capable of independently coordinating, organizing, and completing event execution and post-event analysis.
3. Proficient in using the backend system to manage event launches, updates, and daily maintenance.
4. Able to assist in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and similar tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1. High level of responsibility, meticulous and careful work ethic, strong learning ability.
2. Understand the basic structure and writing techniques for planning proposals, able to translate creative ideas into actionable plans.
3. Assist in event execution, data monitoring, and post-event analysis tasks.
