Salary: 20K-35K range + performance bonuses

9 hours, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. Strong ability to integrate and coordinate business resources.
2. Basic understanding of video production, music selection, advertising creativity, and football (soccer).
3. Excellent communication and comprehension skills, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
4. Excellent spoken and written English; experience in offline event planning and management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Integrate and coordinate offline event resources with European film teams.
2. Communicate with European film teams and sports companies to ensure the quality of event video content production.
3. Plan and organize sports industry events, write scripts, manage photography processes, handle communication during shoots, and drive project progression.
