Job Requirements:
1. Over 1 year of experience in editing or video production. Proficient in commonly used editing software like Premiere Pro (PR), After Effects (AE), and familiar with the rules and traffic mechanisms of short video and self-media platforms. Strong creativity for content creation, planning, and video post-production skills.
2. Knowledge of football rules, football stars, teams, and other football-related information. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, quickly integrating into the team. Able to collaborate and discuss ideas effectively, with strong expression abilities.
3. Sensitive thinking logic and data analysis skills. Able to observe data to identify areas for improvement. Understand big data needs and optimize content and operation methods in a timely manner.
4. Strong writing skills, able to quickly express ideas effectively, mastering the timeliness of articles, and utilizing time differences.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and operate new media platform accounts (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, etc.).
2. Write soft content for platform products or activities.
3. Plan and execute online events, create original marketing copy based on the latest online trends, and enhance brand promotion and user engagement.
4. Regularly analyze operation data, provide feedback on performance, and offer optimization suggestions.
