Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience in product roles is preferred.
2. Proficient in prototype tools (Axure, Figma, etc.).
3. Proficient in basic office software (Office, Apple, etc.).
4. Proficient in flowcharts and mind maps (XMind, draw.io, etc.).
5. Experience using project management tools (Notion, ZenTao, etc.).
6. At least 2 years of operation experience for product beginners.
7. Strong written expression, clear structure, logical reasoning, and ability to present results in a visual format.
8. Proactive in learning with strong initiative.
9. Good communication and comprehension skills.
10. Excellent personal, emotional, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate product requirements from business departments.
2. Optimize and iterate on existing product features.
3. Develop product solutions based on demand backgrounds.
4. Produce deliverables based on different task types.
5. Regularly review the demand pool and follow up on updates.
