9 hours, 4 days off per month, rotating shifts
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin, with strong communication skills and quick thinking.
2. Industry experience preferred, especially with knowledge of sports betting.
3. Strong service orientation, quick response abilities, patience, and good problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work rotating shifts and night shifts, with strong confidentiality awareness.
5. Passion for gaming, with the ability to quickly understand customer psychology and gaming needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide basic responses and explanations for all sections of the platform website.
2. Handle customer difficulties quickly, warmly, and sincerely, solving problems professionally and appropriately.
3. Assist customers in connecting with relevant departments for unresolved issues.
4. Collect and summarize customer inquiries and provide feedback to relevant personnel, following up on results in a timely manner.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
