Job Requirements:
1. More than two years of experience as a full-time trainer in well-known direct sales, insurance, or similar industries, with formal professional course training; or experience in multiple roles (operations, risk control, maintenance, customer service, etc.) in the gambling industry.
2. Good appearance and image, fluent in communication, with excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to independently plan and implement professional training.
4. Positive mindset, strong affinity, and able to handle certain work pressures.
5. Proficient in PPT creation (essential), familiar with office software, capable of developing new courses.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training needs assessments across departments, participate in drafting training plans, implementation schedules, and plans, assist in training course management to ensure alignment with training needs.
2. Collect and evaluate relevant courses and learning materials based on company training needs; explore and maintain suitable learning and training channels, ensuring the richness and applicability of training resources.
3. Understand learner needs, prepare lesson plans, enrich course content, design course structures, ensure effective delivery on-site, and continuously improve training courses based on feedback.
4. Follow up on post-training feedback; analyze and summarize training work, propose improvements for training management and course development, assess training effectiveness, and submit analytical reports.
