Salary: Negotiable
Age: 21-30 years old
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 4 days off per month, rotating shifts
Job Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in Chinese
2. Preferably with live streaming experience, with a good understanding of sports betting
3. Knowledge of computer hardware and software (training will be provided if needed)
4. Strong team spirit (very important)
5. Patient and willing to work late hours
6. Clear logical thinking and good communication skills
Responsibilities:
1. Prior experience with live streaming or managing a live streaming team is preferred, with at least 2 years of overall work experience
2. Responsible for live streaming management before, during, and after the broadcast; monitor the backend and ensure the quality of the stream
3. Coordinate equipment, video, personnel, and other issues to ensure smooth overall operations
4. Supervise the live streaming process according to management regulations and be responsible for streamers' performance evaluation
5. Participate in periodic reviews of streamers and be responsible for improving live stream content
6. Have a diligent and disciplined personality, with strong communication skills and a results-oriented approach
7. Passion for sports and esports with a strong willingness to learn
