Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of media or related work experience, with 3+ years in public opinion crisis management.
2. Responsible for the group's public opinion crisis management.
3. High level of professionalism and responsibility.
4. Strong ability in opinion monitoring, media communication, news planning, and writing organization.
5. Preferably with first-line media resources and relationships (e.g., NetEase, Sina, Tencent, Phoenix, Baidu, Toutiao).
Responsibilities:
1. Establish public relations norms and strategies based on the company’s strategic development goals, and create a public crisis management system.
2. Develop an annual media PR plan and create a media placement plan based on the brand communication strategy.
3. Integrate media resources, analyze key resources, and establish and maintain good working relationships with the media.
4. Quickly handle, coordinate, and manage public opinion crisis communications.
