Salary: 20K-30K range + performance bonuses

9 hours, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. 3 years or more of media or related work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in brand publicity and public relations management.
2. Responsible for the brand publicity and public relations work for the group.
3. Highly dedicated with strong work ethic and responsibility.
4. Excellent media communication skills, news planning capabilities, and strong writing organization skills.
5. Experience with top-tier media resources such as NetEase, Sina, Tencent, Phoenix, Baidu, Toutiao, etc., is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish public relations norms and strategies based on the company’s strategic development goals and build a public crisis management system.
2. Develop an annual media public relations plan, including media placement strategies in line with the brand’s communication plan.
3. Integrate media resources, analyze key resources, and build and maintain good relationships with media outlets.
4. Plan and manage the impact of brand publicity releases on the market after media exposure.
