Job Requirements:
1. Attention to detail, service-oriented, proactive, and positive work attitude.
2. Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
3. Familiar with office software and its operation.
4. Good communication and comprehension skills, strong interpersonal skills, quick response, patience, and ability to resolve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle internal department issue feedback and registration work.
2. Organize forms, and ensure information consolidation and data verification.
3. Strong coordination skills, proficient in cross-department communication and coordination techniques.
