Salary: 10K-12K + bonus

9 hours, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher, with relevant experience in the sports sales industry or at least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
2. Possess certain sports industry resources.
3. Strong business negotiation skills and market development abilities.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Expand sales channels, leverage existing resources, develop new clients in the sports and other industries, and sell the company’s products and services.
2. Continuously understand customer needs, services, and product selling points, maintain client relationships, promptly feedback customer information, track and address client concerns, and meet their promotional needs.
3. Collect market information about relevant products and create negotiation and development plans independently.
4. Achieve the company's required KPI targets.
