Salary: 12K-15K + commission

Working hours: 12 hours, 2 days off per month, schedule adjusted as needed
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required
2. Experience in live streaming operations or talent management; experience with live streaming platforms or guild operations is preferred
3. Familiar with the live streaming ecosystem, having resources of streamers is a plus
4. Excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, and good team collaboration
Responsibilities:
1. Stay updated with trends in the live streaming industry, analyze and monitor data, and propose corresponding strategies
2. Develop effective operational methods to increase fan engagement, attention, and user stickiness
3. Handle and coordinate the relationship between contracted streamers and official platforms
4. Recruit interested streamers to join the company's platform through internal and external resources
5. Operate platform accounts and content, support live streaming by directing traffic and promoting
6. Handle consultations, complaints, and suggestions professionally
