1. Strong sense of compliance, proficiency in typing and using computers.
2. Outgoing personality, good at building relationships with colleagues, positive, eager to learn, and a strong team player who follows leadership instructions.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze agent data, continuously adjust and optimize development channels, collect and compare industry information, propose improvements or adjustments, and implement solutions.
2. Use various platforms, channels, and tools for online promotion and agent recruitment.
