3. Clear thinking, logical, and articulate communication skills.
4. Experience in BC industry management.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily website agent recruitment, developing new channels, and recruiting new agents.
2. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing agents.
3. Collect and feedback agent opinions, assist in resolving issues.
4. Develop promotional activities for agents and assist them in their marketing efforts.
5. Manage and allocate tasks for team members in the development group.
