Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary: 12K–14K + KPI + Commission (after probation)

  • Age: 21–35 years old

  • Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month


Job Requirements

  1. Fluent in Mandarin, quick thinking, and responsive.

  2. Customer service experience preferred.

  3. Strong communication, emotional management, and stress-handling skills.

  4. Passion for gaming, able to understand player needs quickly.

  5. Open to rotational shifts.

  6. Proficient in office software.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide proactive, warm, and personalized VIP customer service, ensuring high satisfaction.

  2. Efficiently and sincerely resolve client issues professionally.

  3. Build long-term relationships, increasing customer loyalty.

  4. Follow standard procedures, maintain patience, and handle customer emotions effectively.
