• Salary: 10K–10K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21–35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

1. Fluent Mandarin, strong communication and adaptability, quick thinking, and patient.

2. Strong team collaboration skills.

3. Open to rotational shifts and scheduling flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

1. Friendly, optimistic, responsible, and service-oriented with strong execution skills.

2. Analyze and identify customer needs, collect feedback, and follow up promptly.

3. Maintain customer relationships, increase engagement, and identify potential clients.

4. Handle customer issues efficiently and professionally.

5. Understand user psychology, guide users effectively, and apply retention & conversion strategies.

6. Familiar with sports betting recommendations or lottery planning.

7. Typing speed: 40–50 words per minute, proficient in Office software.
