Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K–10K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21–35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Standard Mandarin proficiency.

2. Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

3. Friendly, outgoing, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented.

4. Comfortable making outbound calls.

5. Proficient in Office software.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strong sales communication skills to maintain good client relationships.

2. Maintain and engage existing customers, increase activity, and identify potential clients.

3. Analyze customer needs, collect feedback, and follow up on issues.

4. Understand user behavior, collaborate with data teams to create customer profiles, and provide regular reports.
