Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K-12K (transition to 12K-14K + KPI)

• Age: 21-35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in Mandarin, quick thinker

2. Experience in customer service

3. Strong communication, emotional management, and stress resistance, good team collaboration

4. Passion for gaming, able to understand customer psychology and gaming needs quickly

5. Willing to work in rotating shifts

6. Proficient in using various office software

Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of services, proactively and warmly serve VIP customers, manage their needs and emotions, and ensure a high-quality service experience

2. Quickly and sincerely resolve customer issues in a professional manner

3. Build and maintain good customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

4. Follow standard procedures, demonstrate strong execution, be patient and detailed, and provide emotional support to customers when needed
