Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K+ KPI + Commission

• Age: 21–35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Familiarity with game rules preferred; industry experience is a plus.

2. Fluent Mandarin, strong communication, adaptability, and quick thinking.

3. Strong team collaboration skills.

4. Open to rotational shifts and scheduling flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

1. Use designated chat software to assist customers and answer inquiries.

2. Proactively promote platform offers and latest promotions.

3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
