Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21-35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Use specified chat software to assist customers and answer their questions.

2. Proactively promote the latest platform promotions to customers.

3. Build and maintain good customer relationships, improving satisfaction and ensuring long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

1. Service-oriented with strong execution skills and good teamwork.

2. Identify and analyze customer needs, gather feedback, and follow up promptly.

3. Handle customer difficulties quickly and sincerely, providing professional solutions.

4. Maintain current customer relationships and improve customer engagement.
