Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21-35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with various game rules or experience in community management preferred.

2. Fluent in Mandarin, strong communication skills, quick thinking, and adaptability.

3. Good team collaboration skills.

4. Willing to work rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities

1. Use specified chat software to assist customers and address their inquiries.

2. Proactively promote the latest platform promotions to customers.

3. Build and maintain good customer relationships, improving satisfaction and ensuring long-term cooperation.
