Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 15K-20K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21-30 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

1. Fluent in Mandarin, good communicator, pleasant voice, friendly, and responsible

2. Recent life photo required

3. Quick thinker, strong problem-solving skills

4. Willingness to speak via voice and video calls as needed

Responsibilities

1. Strong service awareness, execution skills, and good team collaboration

2. Analyze and understand customer needs, follow up with feedback promptly

3. Handle customer issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

4. Maintain and engage existing customers, improve customer activity
