• Salary: 10K-12K RMB (probation) → 12K-14K RMB + KPI (after probation)

• Age Requirement: 21-35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 4 days off per month

5. Willing to work in rotating shifts and flexible schedules.

6. Proficient in operating various office software.

Responsibilities

1. Master professional knowledge and provide proactive, warm, and attentive services to VIP clients, understanding their needs and emotions to deliver a premium service experience.

2. Handle customer issues quickly, enthusiastically, and sincerely, ensuring professional and effective problem resolution.

3. Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Execute tasks according to standard procedures with patience and attention to detail, offering reassurance and assistance when customers experience emotional fluctuations.
