Salary & Working Hours

• Salary: 10K + KPI + Commission

• Age: 21-35 years old

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month

Job Requirements

1. Fluent Mandarin

2. Experience in related industries such as telecommunications, customer service, or telemarketing preferred

3. Friendly, outgoing, positive, with strong responsibility and service mindset

4. Comfortable with making outbound calls

5. Proficient in Office software

Responsibilities

1. Strong marketing skills, maintaining good relationships with clients

2. Maintain existing clients, increase customer activity, and uncover potential clients

3. Identify and analyze client needs, gather feedback, and follow up promptly

4. Understand customer habits, coordinate with the data team to create user profiles, and generate periodic customer reports
