Salary: 30K-50K + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 4 days off per month
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Responsible for front-end and back-end product design and project management for product business lines
3. Participate in the formulation of company product strategies, overall product line planning, and full business process management
4. Responsible for product business line requirements analysis, prototype design, etc.
5. Manage product development cycles and timelines, coordinate related teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of product development, testing, and improvements
6. Conduct in-depth research on market and user needs, continuously improve user experience, and work closely with project teams to coordinate development, testing, and operations
7. Pursue exceptional user experience and focus on data-driven decisions
8. Strong problem analysis, judgment, and independent thinking skills
9. Excellent intuition for user experience design and human-computer interaction in internet products
10. Strong logical thinking, keen on new technologies, new products, and new demands, and aware of internet product trends
Responsibilities:
1. Focus on and analyze internet user behavior to identify potential user needs for the products you manage
2. Conduct research on user needs and design corresponding product features
3. Work closely with other teams to push product functionality to achieve expected results
4. Perform data analysis on products, verify product health, and identify potential issues in a timely manner
5. Follow up on user feedback, engage with users, and deeply understand their needs
