Job Requirements:
1. In-depth understanding of distributed system architecture and principles; familiar with distributed transaction models and two-phase commit principles
2. Proficient in Mysql, TiDB database, and SQL development; familiar with database middleware
3. Experience in developing self-built database middleware is a plus
4. Strong professionalism, teamwork, and high sense of responsibility, with high work efficiency
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of database middleware
2. Design and develop data sharding functionality for database middleware
3. Develop data migration functionality during sharding expansion
4. Address core technical issues, optimize systems, including high availability, cluster or dual-active solutions for two-site three-center architecture
5. Familiar with the core principles of Redis, MySQL, ES, TiDB
