Age: 21-35 years old
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, strong learning ability, attention to detail, patience preferred (excellent fresh graduates can also be trained);
2. Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS protocols;
3. Familiar with Linux system, able to use common commands;
4. Familiar with Nginx component configurations;
5. Good service awareness and communication skills, experience with cloud providers like public cloud, CDN, and customer support is a plus;
6. Excellent ability to write operation and maintenance documentation, familiarity with office software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing and configuring website domains, collaborating with business operations engineers to complete related tasks;
2. Handle online issues, coordinate with third-party CDN vendors, including but not limited to line tuning and other related problem handling;
3. Regularly inspect related cloud assets to ensure high availability of services;
4. Coordinate with other departments, provide 7x24 technical support to ensure the stability of online domains;
5. Establish system operation and maintenance process standards, document and organize information;
6. Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.
