Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in product planning for internet Web, H5, and APP platforms.
2. Highly self-driven, capable of working effectively under pressure and adapting flexibly in highly uncertain environments.
3. Strong product methodology with empathy, capable of using data analysis and user research to understand user needs and develop excellent solutions.
4. Strong depth of thinking, clear logical thinking, excellent learning attitude and learning ability.
5. Experience in independently planning features for medium to large-scale products and managing version projects. Experience with payment, finance, live streaming, news, or similar products is preferred.
6. Proficiency in front-end and back-end product design is a plus.
7. Passion for sports, especially in basketball or football, is preferred.
8. Experience at leading domestic internet companies.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of sports client products, including core feature optimization such as live sports streaming, news, and betting; drive business innovation and iterate to improve user experience. Understand user needs and collaborate efficiently with technical and operations teams to coordinate resources for implementation.
2. Complete product functionality, process, and interface design; coordinate design resources to ensure product interaction and prototype design.
3. Participate in product positioning and decision-making, promote product innovation, collect user feedback, and be responsible for the product's user experience.
4. Track customer feedback for the APP, implement product improvement design plans based on product strategies and customer feedback, and continuously enhance product usability and competitiveness.
5. Monitor competitor products and user feedback, analyze and provide solutions for product improvements.
6. Prioritize requirements, set development priorities, and ensure the achievement of the company's product goals.
